  Terms of Use — Evolve Hunter Last updated: 9 June 2026 In short:  You may download and play Evolve Hunter for personal use. In-app purchases are handled by Apple. In-game items have no real-world monetary value. The App is provided "as is". These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of  Evolve Hunter  (the "App"), an iOS game developed by  Hakan Yiğit Unaç  ("we"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. 1. License We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to the Apple App Store rules. Your game progress is stored only on your device. We do not track you and we show no ads. This policy explains how  Evolve Hunter  (the "App"), an iOS game developed by  Hakan Yiğit Unaç ("we"), handles your data. 1. Data we collect As the developer, we  do not collect personal data  from you. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, location, or contacts. The App has no account or login. 2. Data stored on your device Your game progress — such as your banked gold, high score, permanent upgrades, and revive-potion count — is stored  locally on your device only .
