Privacy Policy — Evolve Hunter

In short: Evolve Hunter does not collect personal data from you. There is no account, sign-up, or login. Your game progress is stored only on your device. We do not track you and we show no ads.

This policy explains how Evolve Hunter (the "App"), an iOS game developed by Hakan Yiğit Unaç("we"), handles your data.

1. Data we collect

As the developer, we do not collect personal data from you. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, location, or contacts. The App has no account or login.

2. Data stored on your device

Your game progress — such as your banked gold, high score, permanent upgrades, and revive-potion count — is stored locally on your device only. This data is never sent to our servers and is not accessible to us or any third party. Deleting the App removes this data. (If iCloud Backup is enabled, this local data may be included in your Apple device backup, which is governed by Apple's privacy policy.)

3. In-app purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple. Apple handles your payment information; we never see or store your card or payment details.

To manage purchases and provide the "Restore Purchases" feature, we use RevenueCat. RevenueCat processes your purchase transactions and an anonymous identifier assigned by the App; this identifier is not directly linked to your identity. See the RevenueCat Privacy Policy for details.

4. No tracking, no ads

We do not track you. We do not use the advertising identifier (IDFA), do not request App Tracking Transparency permission, show no ads, and use no third-party analytics or tracking tools.

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

7. Your rights

Because we do not collect personal data, there is no server-stored profile associated with you. You can remove all on-device data by deleting the App. For questions under GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), or KVKK (Türkiye), please contact us.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page and the "Last updated" date above is revised accordingly.
