Terms of Use — Evolve Hunter

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Evolve Hunter (the "App"), an iOS game developed by Hakan Yiğit Unaç ("we"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to the Apple App Store rules. You do not acquire ownership of the App.
2. In-app purchases
The App offers optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms. Prices may change.
- Consumable items (e.g. revive potions) are used up when consumed and cannot be restored.
- Non-consumable items (e.g. unlocking evolution paths, permanent 2× XP) are permanent and can be restored on the same Apple ID via "Restore Purchases".
Refunds are handled by Apple, not us, and are subject to Apple's policies.
3. Virtual items
Virtual items such as in-game gold, items, and upgrades have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and cannot be transferred outside the game. Your progress is stored locally on your device and may be lost if you delete the App.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App; reproduce or redistribute it without authorization; use cheats or exploits that harm the service; or use the App for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual property
The App and its content (code, graphics, audio, name, and design) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a license to use the App only, and no ownership rights.
6. Apple App Store
These Terms are between you and us only; Apple is not a party. Apple's standard "Licensed Application End User License Agreement" also applies and, to the extent of any conflict, its minimum terms prevail. In addition:
- Maintenance and support of the App are our responsibility, not Apple's.
- If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, Apple may refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
- We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal/regulatory compliance, and third-party intellectual-property infringement claims.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
- By using the App, you represent that you are not located in a U.S.-embargoed country and are not on any prohibited-parties list.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Termination
Your license terminates automatically if you breach these Terms. We may modify or discontinue the App or its features at any time.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page and the "Last updated" date above is revised accordingly. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules.
